While it varies depending on the position you're applying for, here is a basic overview of our hiring process.

• Phone screen. Once you apply for a position or submit your resume, Dean Group will contact you to conduct a phone screen. If we have an open position we think you are well-suited for, then we will invite you in for an in-person interview. Otherwise, we will keep your resume on file for future opportunities.
• Interview. During the interview, we will discuss your background, experience, and goals. Depending on the position you are applying for, we may also conduct skills testing.
• Reference Checks. We will then verify your references and we may also conduct a background check or drug screen, depending on the needs of a particular client.
• Referral. Once you have successfully completed these steps, we will then present you as a candidate to our clients.

Dean Group fills Accounting & Finance, Bilingual, Customer Service/Call Centre, Engineering, Human Resources, Information Technology, Office Services, Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, and Skilled Trades positions on a temporary, contract, temp-to-hire, and full-time basis.

We can also give you access to light industrial positions through our sister company, Front Line Work Force Inc.

Temp-to-hire means you have been assigned to a temporary job assignment, with the possibility of a full-time position. This is meant to be a long-term assignment, as long as you fulfill your obligations as an employee, and the employer is interested in utilizing your services on a more permanent basis.

Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. Dean Group will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

We realize that not every position is a good fit for you; sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on a job and find it is not going to work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from you and you can expect the same from Dean Group.
